Who We Are

STAINLESS WORKS PERFORMANCE EXHAUST PRODUCTS

Stainless Works is a manufacturer of primarily Everlast 304L SS header and exhaust systems and components designed to provide our customers with exact fit to stock and modified vehicles as specified in our application guide. We are constantly adding new products and verifying fitment for new vehicles, model years and special motor applications. Many of our newer products have proven performance increases through pre and post dyno testing of vehicles. This information is available online or when you call us at the number below. When demand warrants, we will redesign products to increase primary tube sizes, adjust fitment and modify standard products to improve ease of installation, performance and sound. This includes the availability of muffler options including both various Chambered Turbo and S-Tube Turbo designs for nearly every standard exhaust system.

Our Stainless Steel products are made from the finest materials acquired to our exacting specifications and made by craftsmen to our very high standards. These materials will never red rust like the cheaper 400 series Stainless materials used by our competitors. We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products and strive to improve the experience of our products for our valued customers.

Stainless Works is a group of people working hard to expand our capabilities and quality performance by investing heavily in CNC equipment including two CNC Trumpf Lasers, a CNC Press Brake, a CNC Robotic Cell and fixtures that are built to assure and verify repeatability of our tig welded products. In addition, these in-house processes are available for any custom application you require, including special laser cutting and bending.

The items in our Application Guide are defined in a way to assist you in determining which products will meet your application. We have numerous components, including Rod Builder Kits, Chopper Builder Kits and each detail of any system is available a la cart. You may even purchase headers as a U-Weld-It kit to make your own adjustments for very specialized applications. In any case, we are available to develop solutions by making special bends, flanges, collectors, adapters, etc. to help you customize a system that will satisfy your needs.
