Stainless Works is a premier manufacturer and distributor of performance and factory replacement exhaust products. We offer exhaust systems, headers and header components, merge and formed collectors, mufflers, clamps, flanges, hangers, tubing, bends, flex joints, tips, x pipes and y pipes. We produce and have produced private label products for top tuners and builders such as Hinson Supercars, Discovery Automotive, Genaddi Design Group, Ohio Force Inductions, Kiwi, BWoody, Hawk’s Third Generation and other companies that specialize in top performing cars, watercraft and motorcycles.
Our skilled team of craftsmen are experienced in CNC mandrel bending 1-1/2” to 3-1/2” tubing in both aluminized and 304 stainless steel, and we also offer tig welding, fabrication, forming and CNC laser cutting services. With our 6 axis CMM, we can duplicate any tube or flange sent to us for production. Our goal is for our customers to get the product you need, at a fair price that exceeds your expectations.
Stainless Works makes our cat back exhaust systems in both Stainless Steel and lower cost Aluminized Steel for many classic musclecar and late model performance cars. We make these and SS headers for Chevrolet Corvettes, Camaros, Chevelles, Novas, Cobalt, Chevy Trucks, SSR & Trailblazer, Ford Mustangs, Cobras, GT40, T-Bird, Ford Trucks, Jeep SRT8, Pontiac GTO, Challenger and Solstice, Hummers, Cadillacs, Mercury Marauder, Mopar Hemi Magnums and many, many more. We have many headers for cars and hot rods fitted with LS1 and other crate motors, blockhuggers and fenderwell headers. Specialized systems are available for turbocharged, supercharged, nitrous, injected and carbureted small block and big block applications. With our multiple bays and heated garages, we can custom build and install virtually any system on your prized collector or show vehicle.
We are the only exhaust company to have had our headers and exhaust systems on Corvettes which have finished in the top five of Car and Drivers One Lap of America, nearly every year for the past five years. We supplied the headers and exhaust to the MTI Built Z07 of Ron Adee, which won the 2003 One Lap. We also built the exhaust systems for Joe and Dale Stuban’s 2004 Riddler contending street rods, and Mike Hughes beautiful ZR1 powered ’37. Out of the great 8 at Detroit in 2004, Stainless Works built the exhaust systems for 3 of those cars, and our components were used on an additional same number of cars.
